Amendment 0002: The purpose of this amendment is as follows:A) Revise the proposal validity period to 69 calendar days. Block 13d is hereby changed to reflect this.B) Amend Section L regarding financial statements. The requirement to submit financial statements with the proposal is removed. Financial statements may be requested later to determine responsibility per FAR 9.104-1.C) Amend Sections L and M regarding past performance. The requirement for Past Performance Questionnaires is removed. Offerors will now submit CPAR information for recent and relevant projects. The PPQ attachment has been removed to reflect this change.D) Amend Sections L and M regarding proposal summary and table of contents.
