INTENT TO SOLE SOURCE The Department of Veterans Affaris Network Contracting Office (NCO) 6, Durham VA Medical Center (VAMC) intends to enter into a sole source procurement with Werfen USA LLC, 180 Hartwell Road, Bedford, MA 0173-2443. NAICS code -334516, Analytical Laboratory Instrument Manufacturing. The proposed contract action is to provide reagents, standards, controls, supplies, disposables and any other materials on an as needed basis to support laboratory testing outlined in the Statement of Work. The Government intends to solict and negotiate with only one source under the authority of FR 13.106-1(b), Soliciting from a single source. This notice of intendent is not a request for quotation.
