Presolicitation NAICS 336414

Naval Air Systems Command (NAVAIR), Patuxent River, MD, intends to negotiate and award sole source Orders under an existing Basic Ordering Agreement to Northrop Grumman Defense Systems (NGDS), for the efforts required to procure components required to complete production for the Advanced Anti-Radiation Guided Missile Extended Range (AARGM-ER). This procurement will be for a life of type buy for obsolete materials for the AARGM-ER to include but not limited to the Inertial Measurement Unit, Surface Acoustic Wave Filter, Servo Processor, Servo Motor Drive, Guidance Electronics Interface, Anti-Radiation Homing Executive Processor, and Millimeter Wave Executive Processor. These requirements will be procured in accordance with the statutory authority permitting other than full and open competition under Title 10 U.S.C. 3204(a)(1), as implemented by FAR 6.302-1, Only one responsible source and no other supplies or services will satisfy agency requirements.
