THIS IS NOT A SOLICITATION The Nashville District, USACE anticipates issuing a solicitation for the following requirement: “Electronic Services Section (ESS) & Control Center Building Replacement - Rockland Recreation Area, Hendersonville, TN” and requests if your firm would be interested in proposing. Please provide your response to the email provided no later than 3 November 2025 at 1:00 PM Central Time. The description of work below is a draft, for initial planning purposes only. A final Scope of Work to include plans and drawings will be provided with the formal solicitation. Anticipated Description of Work: This project calls for the construction of an Electronic Services Section (ESS) Building (approximately 9,000 sqft.) to replace the previous facility that was destroyed by a tornado in late 2023. Primary facilities of the project include the ESS building, site security improvements, and reconfiguring the associated vehicle use area.
