This is a PRESOLICITAION NOTICE -- hereinafter Notice. Project Title: Federal Operations & Maintenance for Continuous User Support (FOMCUS) This notice is not a solicitation for proposals, abstracts, bids, or quotations, nor does it guarantee a future solicitation. The purpose of this notice is to: Provide the attached Statement of Objectives (SOO) to industry. Gather knowledge and information for project planning purposes. Due to delays from the recent lapse in federal appropriations, TSA is updating anticipated milestone dates. These updates will be provided after obtaining proper approvals. Respondents should not include proprietary, classified, confidential, or sensitive information in their responses unless appropriately marked. The Government reserves the right to use any non-proprietary technical information received in response to this Notice in any resultant solicitation(s). Do Not Submit any Proposals / Offers / Quotes in response to this Notice. If a formal RFQ/RFP is released, its contents may differ from the information contained in this announcement.
