This an INTENT TO SOLE SOURCE NOTICE only The Department of Veterans Affairs, Network Contracting Office (NCO) 15, intends to issue a sole-source contract under the authority of 41 U.S.C 253(c) (1) - FAR 6.302-1 (only one responsible source and no other supplies or services will satisfy agency requirements), to Boston Scientific Corporation 300 Boston Scientific Way Marborough MA 01752-1234 for Angiojet Thrombectomy Service will be posted to contracting opportunities from 10/6/2025 through 10/16/2025 under NAICS 811210 PSC J065. The Vendor shall provide maintenance and service for Angiojet Thrombectomy used in the Surgery Department.
