Notice of Intent to Sole Source Requirement The Department of Veterans Affairs, VA Healthcare System, NCO 10 intends to negotiate a sole source order under VAAR 819.7009.The VA Medical VA Northern Indiana Healthcare System requires an order for a firm fixed purchase order to provide transformer replacement and testing to enhance the pump station to improve flow for the sewage upgrade project for the following items: (1) MADD 3-PH PADMOUNT TRANSFORMER 75/84KVA 3 PHASE (1) TERMINATION KITS & LABOR (1) ELECTRICAL INSPECTION/TESTING OF XFMR &SWITCH The Marion National VA cemetery is undertaking a new sewage project upgrade. During this sewage upgrade, it was found that their sewage system connects to the VA Northern Indiana Healthcare System. A VA Northern Indiana Healthcare System power upgrade is mandatory to accommodate this project. Reliant Electric and Solar LLC is the only vendor that can provide the items, the installation and testing.
