PROJECT TITLE: REPAIR BUILDING 61 ROOF PROJECT LOCATION: JEFFERSON BARRACKS AIR NATIONAL GUARD STATION (ANGS) THIS WORK INCLUDES REPLACEMENT OF THE ASPHALT SHINGLE ROOF OF BUILDING 61 AND REPAIRS TO RELATED BUILDING COMPONENTS AT JEFFERSON BARRACKS ANGS, ST. LOUIS MO 63125. WORK SHALL BE PERFORMED IN ACCORDANCE WITH THE STATEMENT OF WORK. THIS PROJECT IS BEING SOLICITED AS A TOTAL SMALL BUSINESS SET-ASIDE. THE NORTH AMERICAN INDUSTRY CLASSIFICATION SYSTEM (NAICS) CODE IS 238160 AND THE SMALL BUSINESS SIZE STANDARD IS $19 MILLION. THE DISCLOSURE OF MAGNITUDE IN ACCORDANCE WITH FAR 36.204 IS BETWEEN $25,000 AND $100,000. THE GOVERNMENT'S BUDGET IS $36,000.
