The lease has been awarded to BZ Construction and Development LLC in Cary, NC. Tenant Improvements in the amount of $9,831,900.00 to be paid lump sum upon completion. Rent Commencement is planned for December 2027 to be paid at a Fully Serviced annual rent of $2,167,235.00 (Year 1). The lease terms are set at 20 years, 10 years firm. VA may terminate this lease after the firm term with 90 days written notice to the Lessor.
