The Mountain Home VA Healthcare System is seeking to lease approximately 7,500 ANSI/BOMA (10,125 RSF) of clinical space for use as a Community Based Outpatient Clinic in Maryville, TN. ANSI/BOMA stands for American National Standards Institute/Building Owners and Managers Association. The space is to be located in a quality building of sound and substantial construction with a minimum of 60 on-site parking spaces as well as bicycle parking within 0.1 miles of the building. The space must have a potential for efficient layout and be in compliance with all of the Government s minimum requirements set forth herein. As part of this space requirement, the Government will require use of part of the building roof for the installation of antenna(s).
