This is an INTENT TO SOLE SOURCE NOTICE only. The Department of Veteran Affairs, Network Contracting Office (NCO) 16, intends to issue a sole-source contract under the authority of 41 U.S.C 253(c) (1) - FAR 6.302-1 (only one responsible source and no other supplies or services will satisfy agency requirements), to Thermofisher Scientific, 11450 Compaq Center Drive West, Houston TX 77070. Fisher Immunosuppressant will be posted to contracting opportunities from 10/17/2025 through 10/27/2025 under NAICS 621511. This contract is to provide clinical products (Reagents, kits, and consumables) for in vitro diagnostic medical device intended for the quantitative determination of tacrolimus in human whole blood using automated clinical chemistry analyzers as an aid in the management of kidney and liver allograft patients receiving tacrolimus therapy. This is for the Southeast Louisiana Veterans Health Care Service at 2400 Canal St. New Orleans, LA 70119. This action will result in a firm-fixed-price service contract.
