This is an INTENT TO SOLE SOURCE NOTICE to award a Firm Fixed Price contract with Bayer Healthcare, LLC. The proposed contract action is to perform continuous service and support for the following Medrad systems: Mark 7 Arteriors Angiography Injection System, Portegra2 Overhead Counterpoise System, Intego PET Infusion System, Stellantr D CT Injection System, and Spectris Solaris EP MR Injection System. Bayer Healthcare, LLC will provide services to support continuous operations at the VA of Southern Nevada Health Care System. This is an intent to sole source notice for commercial items prepared in accordance with FAR Subpart 5.2, Synopses of Proposed Contract Actions. This announcement constitutes the only notice of intent to sole source and synopsis of proposed action.
