The Description posted on SAM.gov and the Combined Synopsis in Section 2 incorrectly states in (iv) that work must begin within ninety (90) days after receipt of Notice to Proceed. It should have stated that work must begin within ten (10) days after award. 2. The phone number provided for Wilfredo Munoz is incorrect in (viii) of the Description in SAM.gov and in the Combined Synopsis in Section 2. The best phone number to use to reach Wilfredo to schedule the site visit is 787-253-4586.
