This prospectus is being issued to solicit applications for a concession campground special use permit. A permit to provide high-quality public service in the operation and maintenance of Government-owned recreation facilities located within the Allegheny National Forest, will be issued. The offering includes 25 sites with an average gross revenue of $930,300. There is a scheduled site visit for Tuesday, August 26th, 2025.
