THIS IS A SOURCES SOUGHT NOTICE ONLY. THIS IS NOT A REQUEST FOR PROPOSAL OR QUOTE; THE VA IS NOT SEEKING PRICING OR OFFERS. The Department of Veterans Affairs, VISN 20, in support of Puget Sound VA Healthcare System, Seattle, WA is currently requesting information to determine the existence of viable sources capable of providing construction services. Period of Performance: The intended contract period of performance is for 325 calendar days after receipt of notice to proceed. Description of Services: The Contractor will provide all labor, materials and equipment for the demolition and construction services needed to complete this project. All work will meet SOW, drawings, and specification requirements as well as any applicable manufacturer s recommended installation procedures to upgrade the external security system across the bulk of the campus. This upgrade includes traffic changes, emergency telephones, and installation of additional security cameras across the campus B, C, D, and E parking lots.
