Hotel BPA PreSolicitation Notice The Regional Contracting Office Wiesbaden (RCO-W) intends to solicit and competitively award a multiple award Blanket Purchase Agreement (BPA) for non-personal services to provide temporary long-term hotel lodging accommodations for personnel and/or conference room space. The hotels must be located within a 10-kilometer (KM) radius of Clay Kaserne to be considered for this BPA. Scope: The BPA is to provide single or double occupancy hotel or motel standard rooms, VIP rooms, conference spaces and parking if and when called for by the contracting officer or designated representative. The length of the BPA will be for 5 years with up to 500 hotel rooms spread across multiple BPAs, based on hotel availability. The dates for the lodging and conference rooms will be specified at call order level. *NOTE*: Interested hotels that do not have an active SAM registration at time of the BPA award can be onboarded onto the BPA after award.
