The proposed contractual action is a five (5) year, Firm-Fixed-Price (FFP) Indefinite Delivery Indefinite Quantity (IDIQ) maintenance and overhaul contract. The Starter, Engine Hydr is not a Critical Safety Item (CSI). Depot Maintenance Requirement (DMWR) 55-2995-108, Revision date 12/09/2013, Change #0 has been identified for this requirement.
