This National Aeronautics and Space Administration (NASA/Glenn Research Center (GRC)) is establishing the Technical Library for all potential offerors to the Fission Surface Power (FSP) System Announcment for Partnership Proposals (AFPP) It is expected that the Technical Library will be updated periodically through the acquisition period. It is the potential offeror's responsibility to monitor the website for updates to the technical library. Technical Documents associated with this Library will be updated in "Data Drops" moving forward. Technical Documents are contained within .zip files with an index for all uploads being contained within the Excel file "FSP Tech Library Contents.xlsx". Fission Surface Power System Background Fission surface power (FSP) is both an essential and sustainable segment of the lunar and Mars power architectures for future human space exploration missions. NASA intends to advance this critical technology to be able to support a future lunar economy and power generation on Mars.
