SYNOPSIS: INTRODUCTION: This notice is issued solely for market research and information-gathering purposes and does not constitute a solicitation or a commitment by the Department of Veterans Affairs (VA). The Department of Veterans Affairs, Veterans Health Administration (VHA), Program Contracting Activity Central (PCAC) is conducting market research to identify qualified sources capable of performing a Design-Build (DB) project. Services to include Architect and Engineering (DB A/E) design services, site preparation and DB Construction (DB C) services for the construction of a new Chiller Plant (Building 153) at the Clement J. Zablocki VA Medical Center (VAMC) located in Milwaukee, Wisconsin. PROJECT DESCRIPTION: The Clement J. Zablocki VA Medical Center (Milwaukee VAMC) has a requirement to design and construct a new Chiller Plant (Building 153) to enhance and expand cooling capacity serving the Main Hospital, Building 111.
