Notice of Intent to Sole Source NOTICE OF INTENT TO SOLICIT SOLE SOURCE BRAND-NAME SUPPLIES and SERVICES REQUIREMENT with NEW ENGLAND LABORATORY CASEWORK CO INC. Response Due Date: November 13, 2025 at 12:00PM The Government intends to solicit and negotiate with only one source under the authority 13 CFR 121.406, Only One Responsible Source under NAICS 337214, FSC 6530 and size standard of 1100, for the proposed procurement of supplies and services from NEW ENGLAND LABORATORY CASEWORK CO INC for the Togus, ME campus. The proposed contractor shall provide and install laboratory mobile casework to the Togus VA, compatible with the current casework design at the Togus VA Medical Center in Augusta, Maine. THIS NOTICE OF INTENT IS NOT A REQUEST FOR COMPETITIVE PROPOSALS. It is a market research tool being used to determine the availability of other qualified sources that can meet the requirements identified above and inherent with the referenced product.
