Presolicitation Notice/Synopsis for the upcoming Effort IAW FAR 36.213-3 Invitation for Bids. This presolicitation/synopsis is a notification to the industry for an upcoming solicitation for the MMD 9FT Tunnel Steel Liner Repair. Please reference Statement of Work for more details. Proposal submissions are not required at this time. A formal solicitation notice to submit proposals will be posted at a later date. This requirement will be a small business set aside.
