The Department of Veterans Affairs, Network Contracting Office 23 intends to award a sole source, firm-fixed price contract to The City of St. Cloud, Minnesota for maintenance police radios for the St. Cloud VA Health Care System. The St. Cloud Veterans Affairs (STCVA) Police agency requires maintenance and software update services for its police radio systems to ensure uninterrupted communication capabilities for police officials within the STCVA and between partnering law enforcement agencies.
