DESCRIPTION: The U.S. Army Corps of Engineers (USACE) Louisville District intends to issue a Request for Proposal (RFP) W912QR26BA002 for a Rotary Wing Stabilization in Conroe, Texas. This project includes regrading and stabilizing the exposed soil over the entire site adjacent to the existing parking positions on the western edge of the rotary wing apron. Demo an existing drainpipe, install a precast head wall (provided by the government), and perform ~63K square yards of earthwork and hydroseeding to prevent future erosion.
