The Department of the Air Force (DAF) has a requirement to procure a commercial online training subscription service for its Family Advocacy Program (FAP) clinicians. The contractor shall provide and manage access to a self-paced, evidence-based or evidence-informed Couples Communication Training program designed to enhance the clinical skills of FAP personnel (e.g., Licensed Clinical Social Workers, Licensed Marriage & Family Therapists, and Psychologists). The primary objective of this training is to equip DAF clinicians with best practices and empirically supported techniques for relationship counseling, with a specific focus on addressing the unique stressors faced by military couples, such as frequent relocations, deployments, and long-term separations.
