The U.S. Army Corps of Engineers (USACE), Middle East District, is seeking experienced contractors to provide construction services for the rehabilitation of the Missile Assembly/Disassembly Facility at Camp Sabhan, Kuwait. This project will be awarded as a Firm-Fixed Price (FFP) Two-Phase Design-Build (DB) contract utilizing full and open competition in accordance with Federal Acquisition Regulation FAR Part 15 Contract by Negotiation and FAR Part 36 Construction and Architect Engineer Contracts.The project will be constructed in accordance with current Kuwaiti and U.S. building codes, safety, and security standards.
