NOTICE OF INTENT TO SOLE SOURCE: The Veterans Health Administration (VHA), Program Contracting Activity (PCAC) intends to negotiate on a sole-source basis with TL Services, Inc., a Service-Disabled Veteran Owned Small Business (SDVOSB), for construction services to remove, repair, and replace the sanitary plumbing systems in buildings 128 and 129. Additionally, this project will replace the chiller unit in building 104 to include services incidental to the purchase and removal/installation of the units to have a fully functional and operational system. All work to be performed is located at: VA Illiana Healthcare System (VAIHCS) 1900 East Main Street Danville, IL 61832 The North American Industry Classification System (NAICS) code for this requirement is 236220 with a small business size Standard of $45 million. The authority for restricting competition on this requirement is 38 U.S.C. 8127(c), known as the Veterans First Contracting Program, which provides the authority to directly contract with an SDVOSB or a VOSB.
