Amendment 1: The purpose of this amendment is to extend the bid opening to December 5, 2025, change the minimum acceptance days after offer due date to 299 days, change the estimated Period of Performance to January 5, 2025 to February 4, 2028. The following changes were made to Section L: Allow bids to be sent electronically via DoD SAFE, remove the language that states electronic bids are not accepted, change the bid opening to December 5, 2025 at 9:00am, state that government answers to offeror questions will not be posted until the Government shutdown is over. ***Please do not make travel arrangements for the bid opening until the Government answers are posted in response to the prospective bidder's questions.
