CLARIFICATION REGARDING AUTHORIZED DISTRIBUTOR LETTERS The Government has received questions regarding the requirement to provide "authorized distributor letters" under Section F of the Sources Sought. The Government clarifies the following: Authorized distributor letters are only required for respondents whose proposed solutions include physical hardware, IT equipment, or commercial software licenses. Respondents proposing purely professional services, customized solutions, or approaches that do not involve non-manufactured items, commercial software, or hardware are not required to submit these letters. The omission of authorized distributor letters by services-only respondents will have no impact on the evaluation of capability or the compliance of the submission. All other instructions and the response deadline of 08 October 2026 remain unchanged.
