Federal Correctional Complex (FCC) Yazoo is requesting bids for professional grease trap maintenance and cleaning services on a quarterly basis for Fiscal Year 2027. Service for the first quarter is estimated to begin between October – December 2026. This procurement is 100% Set-Aside for Small Business. Only eligible small business concerns will be considered for award. Work & Schedule The selected contractor will perform thorough assessments, efficient waste removal, and proactive maintenance across 4 separate locations within the complex. Service Frequency: All maintenance and cleaning services will be conducted quarterly according to the following schedule breakdown: Quarter 1: October – December 2026 Quarter 2: January – March 2027 Quarter 3: April – June 2027 Quarter 4: July – September 2027 Scheduling Coordination: The Food Service department will call the contractor directly to schedule each of the quarterly cleanings throughout the fiscal year.
