This notice is being published in accordance with Federal Acquisition Regulation (FAR) Subpart 5.101, as established by the Revolutionary FAR Overhaul (RFO), requiring dissemination of information for proposed contract actions. This is a notice of intent to award a sole source contract and is not a request for competitive quotes/proposals. The Commodity Futures Trading Commission ("CFTC" or "Commission”) intends to award a contract to LRP Publications for a subscription renewal of CyberFeds licenses on a sole source basis. The anticipated contract will have a period of performance of one year base period and four one year optional periods. CFTC currently uses CyberFeds as a resource for comprehensive critical federal employment information in support of HR, OGC and EEO operations. Access to CyberFeds allows these offices to have the most up to date employment information to respond to rapid changes in the Federal Government. The subscription includes: EEO Library, Labor Relations Library, Employee Relations Library, Pay and Benefits Library, and Worker’s Compensation Library.
