TITLE OF PROJECT: Construction Services for the Colombia Land Port of Entry (LPOE) Border Roadway Improvement & Construction (BRIC)/Paving Project, Laredo, TX DESCRIPTION OF PROPOSED WORK: The U.S. General Services Administration (GSA) Greater Southwest Region, Acquisition Management Division, Capital Investment Program is seeking construction services for pavement repair or replacement at the Colombia Land Port of Entry (LPOE). The project site is located in Laredo, TX on the U.S. - Mexico international border separating Laredo, TX and Anahuac, Nuevo Leon, MX. This Colombia LPOE paving project is to address approximately 470,000 square feet (sf) of pavement designated for replacement and rehabilitation of concrete and asphalt paving, in addition to vehicular traffic lanes, shoulders and parking replacement. The project will also include surface reconstruction, joint seals, crack seals, jointed reinforced concrete pavement (JRCP) patching, and earth embankment stabilization.
