This is a Request for Quotation (RFQ) to provide a digital microscope as required in the attached SOW and supplemental documents. This Is a Brand Name or Equal Purchase. This solicitation is synopsized in accordance with the policy and procedures regulated under the FAR 13. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation and quotations are being requested. This procurement is set aside for Total Small Business under the NAICS code of 334516 with the size standard of 1,000 employees. Interested offerors are requested to submit price quotations, and fill out solicitation commercial provisions. Price quotations shall describe the product’s salient characteristics or specifications listed in the SOW. Basis for award: Award will be made to the responsible offeror whose quotation conforming to the solicitation requirements represents the best value to the Government, considering the technical factor and price.
