THIS IS A SOURCES SOUGHT ANNOUNCEMENT ONLY. This is not a solicitation for proposals, proposal abstracts, bids, or quotations. The purpose of this notice is to obtain information regarding the availability and capability of all qualified sources to perform Catholic Pries Services at the William S. Middleton Memorial VA Hospital located in Madison, WI. Responses to the information requested will assist the Government in determining the appropriate acquisition method. The Great Lakes Acquisition Center (GLAC) Milwaukee, WI is seeking contractors to provide to William S. Middleton Memorial VA Hospital 2500 Overlook Terrace, Madison, WI 53705 for Roman Catholic Priest Services. Roman Catholic Priest Duties will include but not limited to the following: A. Conduct Eucharistic Celebrations to include weekly Mass and other holiday services at his discretion. Provides religious services held in the Madison VA Chapel. B.
