THIS NOTICE OF INTENT IS FOR INFORMATION PURPOSES ONLY. Program Manager Ground Based Air Defense (PM GBAD) within Program Executive Officer, Land Systems Marine Corps intends to negotiate and award on a sole-source basis in accordance with Title 10 United States Code (U.S.C.) § 2304 (c)(1), as implemented by the Federal Acquisition Regulation (FAR) § 6.302-1(a)(2)(iii) to Anduril Industries, Anduril Federal, 1400 Anduril, Costa Mesa, CA, 92626-1548 for the procurement of the Wide-Area Infrared System for Persistent Surveillance (WISP) Sky Fence passive sensor spares, training, sustainment and associated engineering services for integration and test activities in support of the PM GBAD Home Alone requirement. Anduril is the original designer, developer, and producer of the Sky Fence system and cannot be procured from any other source. The Sky Fence is the only known and currently available non-developmental solution that provides the combination of performance, design, and production readiness that meets PM GBAD requirements.
