Due to external circumstances related to the government shutdown, I've made the decision to delay holding the 2025 Ocean State Workshop. The focus of Wartime Readiness Planning (WARP) is driving many of our planning discussions, especially as we consider how the current contracting environment will differ from that in a potential future version constrained by many challenges. The Ocean State Workshop is envisioned to be a collaborative training event, and the agenda will feature the following: Professor Erik Sand of the US Naval War College will be providing a scene setter on the possibilities of (and drivers informing) the existence of a growing anti-access/ area denial environment in his brief, The Uncommanded Sea.
