PLEASE NOTE THAT THIS IS NOT A REQUEST FOR QUOTE OR PROPOSAL This notice is issued by Norfolk Naval Shipyard (NNSY) for the sole purpose of conducting Market Research in accordance with Federal Acquisition Regulation (FAR) Part 10, to provide services to touch labor services for forklift drivers. This effort is to seek out qualified sources capable of providing services required by the attached Performance Work Statement (PWS). All interested parties are encouraged to respond. The anticipated North American Industry Classification System (NAICS) code is 336611. The Government anticipates issuing a Firm Fixed Price (FFP) contract for the required services. The Government is interested in receiving responses from all qualified sources capable of providing the services. Large and small companies that have experience are encouraged to respond to this notice by October 22nd 2025, at 11 AM.
