Amendment 0002 removes the brand-name-only requirement for HESCO MIL 10 barriers and revises the requirement to brand name or equal. The Government will accept HESCO MIL 10 barriers or an equal product that meets the stated salient characteristics. Any equal product must be capable of connecting to and interlocking with the existing HESCO MIL 10 barriers at Cannon AFB without modification to either barrier system or the use of special adapters. Offerors proposing an equal product shall provide documentation demonstrating compliance with the requirement. No other changes have been made to the solicitation.
