The intent of the National Geospatial-Intelligence Agency (NGA) is to issue the Request for Proposal (RFP) HM0476-24-R-0019 for public response for the National Geospatial-Intelligence Agency (NGA) GEOINT Tradecraft Learning Support Services (GTLSS). The estimated release date of solicitation HM0476-24-R-0019 is 10 days after the posting of this synopsis. The Government currently anticipates 30 days for a Technical Proposal response. This notice is not a request for competitive proposals. The Government reserves the right to cancel this solicitation, with no obligation to the vendor by the Government. The GTLSS RFP will be a commercial effort under FAR Part 12 and the Government anticipates using Best Value – Tradeoff evaluation methods and acquisition procedures as described in FAR Part 15. Contract award will be made to the offeror who provides the best overall value to the Government in terms of evaluation factors listed in Section 5 of the RFP. The procurement will be conducted using full and open competition procedures.
