Project Summary: The consultant shall supply all labor, material and equipment to: Remove Burner from Burner Mounting Ring, Remove Burner Blast Tube from Burner, Remove Windbox Cover from right hand side of Blast Tube, Replace any Broken Stripped or damaged studs, Replace Windbox cover with new Fender and Lock Washers and install Brass Nuts, Remove Burner Mounting Ring from Boiler, Replace broken and stripped studs on the mounting ring of the Morrison Tube for #2 Boiler. Re-install Burner Mounting Ring with new finder washers and lock washers and install new brass nuts. Repair refractory damaged in Burner Mounting ring removal. Re-install Burner Mounting Ring with new Gaskets, replace Refractory seal for Burner Mounting ring. Re-install Burner Blast Tube with new gaskets, reattach burner and re-install all piping and electrical connections removed during disassembly. Ensure Burner fires on both Natural Gas and #2 Fuel Oil. Provide any refractory curing requirements. Additional Studs to be Replaced on #3 Boiler windbox access cover while onsite.
