Lutz, Facilities Management Services (138), 1500 Weiss Street, Saginaw, MI 48602-5251 in accordance with FAR 6.302.1 Only one (1) Responsible Source and No Other Supplies or Services will satisfy Agency Requirements and Intends to Negotiate on a Sole Source Basis with the following vendor: Dornier MedTech America, Inc. 1155 Roberts Blvd Kennesaw, Georgia 30144 Dornier MedTech America Inc. will provide Preventative Maintenance and Services, Dynamic Care SM on the Government owned Genesis Urology Tables. All services provided under this contract must be performed in conformance with the National Fire Protection Agency (NFPA), Occupational Safety and Health Administration (OSHA), ISO 9001:2008 Quality Control Certified, and Original Equipment Manufacturer standards and specifications. Dornier MedTech America is the Original Equipment Manufacturer (OEM) of this equipment and operational software and has certified, trained technicians to ensure the equipment and software are running at full capacity.
