This special notice is to inform vendors with expertise in electromagnetic warfare systems that a Call for Solution has been released via https://vulcan-sof.com today, 30 September 2025. Please refer to Attachment A - Vulcan Instructions for Vendors. Project Manager Electronic Warfare & Cyber (PM EW&C), Product Lead Electronic Attack (PL EA) is seeking information from interested vendors who can offer Electromagnetic Warfare Rapid Integration System (ERIS). ERIS is intended to provide a suite of electromagnetic warfare capabilities to protect Army forces against a wide range of radio frequency-controlled threats, by countering Command and Control (C2) links and other communications links from air and ground. The ERIS systems will be a flexible, open architecture that allows for the integration of various components and technologies to adapt to evolving threats and mission requirements.
