The MICC - Fort Drum, is releasing this Draft Request for Proposal (RFP) for a planned Multiple Award Task Order Contract (MATOC) under an Indefinite Delivery/Indefinite Quantity (IDIQ) contract, set aside for eligible 8(a) construction firms. This notice is issued for market research and planning purposes only. It does not constitute a formal solicitation, and no award will result from this posting. The Government seeks industry feedback on the draft solicitation documents to improve clarity, feasibility, and competitiveness prior to final release.
