This is a Request for Quotes. The lowest fully responsive offer from a qualified small business will receive one firm-fixed price contract. All applicable commercial terms and conditions will apply. Scope of Work Purchase of 10,000 gallons of winter blend diesel (40% #1diesel and 60% #2 dyed off-road diesel, NO BIO-DIESEL). Fuel delivery shall be smaller quantities of 2,000 to 4,000 gallons. Delivery will have to be coordinated with the onsite supervisor, available at award Fuel deliveries should start November 5th, 2025 and go for 6 weeks. The USACE fuel barge will be manned and controlled by two Government employees during transfer. Fuel will be transferred by straight truck with fuel nozzle type fill capabilities. The transport trucks will be responsible for all transport truck activities and have the proper certifications to transfer fuel to a marine floating fuel barge.
