Responses to this Sources Sought must be in writing. The Albany VA Medical Center, 113 Holland Avenue Albany NY 12208 has a requirement for construction services. The main project area includes the demolition and renovation of the Albany VAMC main hospital 2nd floor core space between A wing and B wing, totaling approximately 5000 square feet. This area will transform old lab space into a stand-alone surgical unit including all support spaces according to the VA Design Guide for Surgical and Endovascular Services. This unit will include two functions: a Cardiac Catheterization Laboratory suite and a Vascular Interventional Radiology suite.
