The insulated shippers must meet the requirements of the Commercial Item Description A-A-0059195G dated October 22, 2015 (Attachment 3- CID A-A-0059195G) and in accordance with Attachment 04 - Testing Procedures and must submit a product from the Qualified Products Database or Qualified Products List (QPD/QPL).
