Description: Naval Information Warfare Center, Pacific (NIWC Pacific) intends to award a non-competitive Indefinite-Delivery, Indefinite-Quantity (IDIQ) engineering and technical services contract with firm-fixed-price (FFP), cost-plus-fixed-fee (CPFF), and cost-only pricing arrangements to Greensea Systems, Inc.(Cage: 4TY07) under the authority for other than full and open competition under 10 U.S.C. 2304(a)(1), as implemented by FAR 6.302-1: Only One Responsible Source and No Other Supplies or Services Will Satisfy Agency Requirements. Under the contemplated effort over a seven year ordering period, Greensea Systems, Inc. will be tasked with provisioning of Greensea submersible controllers and directly related engineering and technical services, lifecycle sustainment, configuration management, maintenance, repair, and replacement services, training and documentation services.
