Amendment 1 - This Amendment to the Solicitation is to provide the Government's Response to Questions received. Please see Attached Document "Government Solicitation QA - Final". Addiitonally, this Amendment provides an update to the Statement of Work. Only one minor revision was made to the SOW, which is indicated with tracked changes. The only revision made was to the last two parapgraphs of Section 2 of the SOW, as the original language conflicted with the Solictation instructions.
