PRESOLICITATION SYNOPSIS- FA524026R0001 Grounds Maintenance Services This is not a request for a quote, proposal or an invitation for bid, but is intended to serve as a PRESOLICITATION SYNOPSIS ONLY. The solicitation will be available on or around 20 November 2025 on the SAM.gov website at https://www.sam.gov. The proposed contract is a performance-based acquisition for the contractor to provide nonpersonal services, to include all personnel, equipment, tools, supervision, and other items and services necessary to ensure that grounds maintenance is performed at Andersen Air Force Base (AAFB), Guam in a manner that will promote the growth of healthy grass, trees, shrubs, and plants and present a clean, neat, and professional appearance. The outcomes of this acquisition are consistent with the FAR 37.101 definition of service contracts.
