Pearl Harbor Naval Shipyard and Intermediate Maintenance Facility (PHNSY & IMF) awarded this fixed price contract under authority 10 U.S.C. 3204(a)(1) and in accordance with FAR 6.302-1 Only One Responsible Source and No Other Supplies or Services Will Satisfy Agency Requirement. This supply contract was awarded to Northrop Grumman Systems Corporation dba Northrop Grumman Marine Systems (NGMS) for the procurement of parts for two Virginia Class submarines.
