The United States Citizenship and Immigration Services (USCIS), a component of the Department of Homeland Security (DHS), on behalf of the Field Operations Directorate (FOD), is issuing this Sources Sought Notice. The Field Operations Directorate oversees and manages the daily operations of 88 Field Offices across the continental United States, as well as Alaska, Hawaii, Puerto Rico, Guam, Saipan, and the Virgin Islands. This notice is issued solely for planning purposes in accordance with Federal Acquisition Regulation (FAR) Part 10 and does not constitute a solicitation or obligation on the part of the Government. USCIS is seeking information from industry stakeholders regarding their ability to support sign language interpreter services, as outlined in the attached draft Statement of Work (SOW). Responses to this notice are not offers and cannot be accepted by the Government to form a binding contract.
